Weekly rates for hire with hostess and full board :
+ 1.500 € for week (8 passengers)

| The choice of one of the above
options implies acceptance of the following conditions : - Hire for the full period decided at time of booking. - Should the customer interrupt the hire during a cruise, for any reason whatsoever, no money will be refunded. - A moral undertaking to embark only if the person's state of health is satisfactory. - We reserve the right to change our rates during the year. - We decline all responsability for the personal belongings of our passengers. - All decisions regarding the safety of the boat and its passengers are the responsibility of the Skipper. - If a hire contract is cancelled by us because of damage to the boat or for any other reason, all payments made will be reimbursed in full but will not constitute an entitlement to compensation by us. - A booking becomes effective only after a down-payment of 30%, non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remainder must be paid in full 30 days before embarcation and is not refundable if the booking is cancelled within that period. - The boat may be made available at a port other than its home port but its conveyance thereto is at the expense of the customer. The same applies if customers are returned somewhere other than the home port. The number of days needed for conveyance of the boat from or to its home port will be calculated at the normal hire charge plus € 152 per day to cover the expenses of the Skipper. - The hirer undertakes to respect the maximum number of passengers on board and all safety rules. Our insurance covers corporal and material damage caused on board by our fault. |
